How does pick up work?
I am located in central Torquay. I will be in contact with you via email/text within 24 hours to arrange pick up time and give you my home location. Your order will be left in a secure place for easy pick up.
What if I order the wrong size or my order is not right for me?
No problems! Make sure you leave all tags on when trying on, and if you're not satisfied or need to exchange the size - email me at email@example.com to arrange credit/exchange.
You can post/ drop off returns and exchanges at your own expense.
To exchange a size that requires posting back to you - you will be charged a half shipping fee ($5) for us to send the new item back to you.
Please note - you can not exchange/return sale items. (eg a last item)
Items bought using a sale code can be exchanged. (eg a 10% off everything sale)

What does pre order mean and how does it work?
If something is on pre-order it means I don't have it in stock, but it's on it's way. I will inform you when your product arrives. If you order a pre-order item amongst items we have in stock, I will email you to see if you would like them sent separately (extra $10 shipping charge) or if you'd prefer to wait for the pre-order item to arrive.
What if I order something that is on pre-order and something that isn't?
I will be in contact with you as to whether you would like your items picked up/posted separately or wait and have them together.
The item I want has sold out?
Email me, I'll do my best to get more of what you want.
